TW-FILTER

"TW Filter" is an abbreviation for the Twist-type Fiber Filter, a filtration device imported directly from GRAND - Korea, using a "rotary drive method" fiber filtration system designed to reduce suspended solids, BOD, and total phosphorus (T-P) in water.

Within the filter tank, multiple fiber filter medias are arranged in a multilayer structure to form distinct strata. A rotary-drive-based porous control fiber filtration device has been designed to allow the adjustment and control of the pore size or porosity of the fiber filter media within the filtration layers through a method involving the rotational drive of the fiber material.

In the event of backwashing, when the set pressure or time is reached, the rotated fibers are relaxed, significantly increasing the porosity. Particle dislodgment during backwashing is achieved by directly injecting air supplied from reverse flow and the bottom into the fibers.
