While the global population is growing rapidly, the burden of providing sufficient water consumption is increasing. That's why we provide the Wastewater Recycling System. This is the system of recycling treated wastewater using Ultra-filtration and/or RO membrane. Water undergone the treatment can be reused for the purpose of cooling towers, boiler feed, water plants, and other domestic use.
PROCESS DESCRIPTION
1. Treated wastewater from WWTP: Process wastewater after treatment meets Vietnamese National Technical Regulation which is commonly applied is QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT, class A or B.
2. Pre-treatment Unit: Apply in case of treated wastewater was not adapted Recycle system Inlet water quality.
3. STF (Screen Filter): Remove contaminant components such as large particles, and suspended solids.
4. UF Unit: Remove contaminants such as metal hydroxides, colloids, emulsions, suspended solids, and most particles larger than 0.01µm. This unit plays the role of pre-treatment for the RO Unit.
5. RO Unit: As “the heart” of Recycle system, RO membrance has main responsibity of separating remaining contaminants with the efficiency up to above 9O %.
6. RO Production: the final production supplied to using point. RO production quality adapt the Vietnamese National Technical Regulation on Domestic water quality QVCN 01-1:2018/BYT.
7. After this process, depending on the customer's need, RO production that goes through Disinfection step can be drunk directly.
